É evidente e convém aqui frisar que estas questões por um lado se encontram regulamentas nas leis que definem e regulam nomeadamente as matérias de identidade, e de proteção, especificamente de dados ou informações sobre os cidadãos e que elas se encontram em alguns países, nomeadamente na América excecionadas em todo ou em parte depois e consequência do 911, e grosso modo poderemos dizer em forma simplista que o legislador não tem acompanhado as necessárias evoluções tecnológicas, antes de mais por falta de entendimento especifico da natureza tecnológica e dos novos problemas e equações a que a lei deve dar a devida e a mais melhor em termos de proteção e simultaneamente de respeito dos direitos humanos e das liberdades individuais e coletivas, ou seja, estas matérias só se podem resolver se equacionadas em suas partes, as que derivam das novas tecnologias e em seu todo, isto é na soma de todas as facetas.
Como sabeis, por um lado um cidadão que vá a um parlamento, ou falar com um PM ou mesmo com um presidente, do que são estas tecnologias e os seus problemas, sentira que está a falar pelo menos em chinês, pois a realidade dominante, como aqui em Portugal é ter por exemplo um PM que ao fazer autoestradas achou que elas se pagariam e se manteriam em perfeita conservação sem mais nada custar aos cidadãos, esta é digamos em forma simplista a bitola da compreensão e do mau resultado, com a sempre agravante e continua afronta de o continuar a ver nos jornais quase todos os dias, já passados uns anos de deixar de o ser, de ter passado pela cadeia e até vos confessando que o rapaz até não é de todo desajeitado, isto é, uma face e um corpo na mais das vezes agradável pelo menos olhar feminino, ousaria dizer.
Me dirão, Ah, Deus não faz os incultos e bandidos feios, coisa que concordarei sabendo que Ele É um apreciador de toda a beleza e anda demais ocupado com seus amores para andar a ver o coração de cada um e não trago eu conhecimento de ter computadores e sistemas operativos da Microsoft para o ajudar.
Aqui se podem começar a definir os contornos não só morais como políticos deste sempre precário e evolutivo como tudo, equilíbrio entre liberdade e segurança, pois vos poderia dizer para por exemplo na ONU aprovarem uma petição a Deus para que pelo menos os bandidos com vocação de carreiras públicas nascerem desde logo sem o dedo mindinho, por outro lado, conhecemos civilizações a quem outros chamaram de animais e nas vezes chama, que ao primeiro roubo, se cortava uma mão e ao segundo as duas, pois no tempo da instituição dessa regra, era ainda preciso as mãos e a presença delas para roubar o que fosse e mais recentemente, não por serem ladroes, se começou a pintar estrelas nas roupas e nas janelas das casas e dos comércios, para depois tatuar números na carne como hoje tatuamos em larga escala nunca antes vista nem vivida, todo o que produzimos com codigos de barras e outros, e por fim os matar em camaras de gás como quem ia tomar banho.
Uma das recentes equaçoes que de novo vos comentei, à luz do caminho nesta ultima decada e meia, isto é depois do 911, é se o 911 não terá sido feito para justificar esta tentaiva em grande parte hoje já real de uma nova ordem como outras emergiram em outras epocas da humanidades quando as trevas se adensarame frisando que trevas não é só palavras poetica, que trevas sao a falta de luz face aos probelmas da humanidade, e da vida de todos e de tudo e que falta de luz é o que não permite os homens ver e entender e caminhar, e de novo estamos no pé da questão ou no dizer da Microsoft na raiz do problema,
Será possivel criar um controle global sobre os previseis a curto prazo 7 biliões de almas que vivem neste planeta?
Nos assusta tanto assim o grande numero que os queiramos a todos controlar, se possivel o fosse?
Estaremos todos tao assustados que no fundo sem o ariscar dizer ou assumir sabemos que um largo exterminio terá que acontecer para que os humanos e o planeta possam sobreviver e portanto se fazem já e se contam as espingardas?
Na verdade parece terem todos já se esquecido do imcumpirmento do que se chamou de agenda do milenio, ou seja até dois anos atras e porque se esqueceram , murchou a vontade, ou a assumem sem assumir a derrota?
Sobrevive o humano e as espécies irmas e a casa como humano, irmaos e casa, se todos forem espiados e controlados e espoliados pelas costas por rostos sem face e sem possibilidade de defesa ou mesmo de queixa atendida?
que tenebroso sonho meio real é este onde os homens sao sujeitos às maquinas pelas maquinas que eles proprios criaram?
não se trata aqui de novo de relembar em detalhe estas questões e as suas implicações, só friso uma, cada vez que assim foi na terra tentado, a guerra estalou, que desde o ultimo seculo que nasceram as guerras a que se chamam de mundiais, isto é , onde os principiais paises se envolvera, e que da mesma forma se de novo aconteer sera a final devido as armas e tecnolgias que temos
e visto estar a acusar uma empresa americana, não posso deixar e enunciar o meu espanto, ao constatar como já o fiz no passado, que a america reproduz aquilo que tanto a marcou e a derrotou no passado como na guerra do vietname, pois tambem foi uma guerra sem rosto, de emboscada e de guerrilha, um pouco como hoje por todo o lado se passa com estas tecnologias, ou melhor será chamar, de novas armas.
e que este entendimento sobre este ponto, se estas tecnologias sao e se tornaram e se tornam em suas essencias armas, se como todas as outras e sobretudo as mais perigosas deveriam ser alvo de moratoria na casa das Naçoes.
